Oversee the daily operations of the dental centre and ensure efficient workflow in all departments.
Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and professional standards.
Maintain excellent patient service and handle escalations or complaints professionally.
Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilisation for maximum efficiency.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and lab technicians to ensure timely completion of treatments
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient reach and retention.
Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to maintain high morale and productivity.
Ensure implementation of company policies, HR guidelines, and administrative procedures.
Report operational issues, staff concerns, and feedback to senior management promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3
years of experience
in clinic or healthcare management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of dental clinic operations is an added advantage.
