Designation: Branch Manager Website : https://technoelevators.com/ Location: 204/Green Atria,B/h Green Elina Opp.Sankul Wdi,Anand Mahal RD.Surat-395009 o Responsible for marketing of the products in the local domestic market. o Responsible for routine follow-up with prospective customers and replying to customers for all contract review activities. o Responsible for all the contract review matters and maintaining records for the same. o To ensure that customer order is reviewed and clarified for the matter like. o Customer requirements are clearly defined and documented, o Any deviation from the contract / Order is resolved. o The company can meet all the contractual requirements. o Statutory and regulatory requirements related to the products o To review amendment to the contract / Order and transfer it to customer as well as Factory. o To ensure that any differences between the order requirements and those in the order are resolved and records are maintained for the same. o To provide feedback to the Factory regarding Order matters in terms of Dispatch Advice. o To collect the requirements for the products from the potential customer and penetrate the market. o To provide / collect all supportive legal documents for the product to / from customers. o To ensure compliance with all legal requirements at marketing stages. o To ensure that all the requirements of the customers are satisfied, and orders are closed accordingly. o To collect the feedback from the customers periodically and to do analysis for customer satisfaction. o To receive the customer complaint and to proceed to the Factory for the further analysis o To ensure that all the requirements of the customers are satisfied, and orders are closed accordingly. o To collect the feedback from the customers periodically and to do analysis for customer satisfaction. o To receive the customer complaint and to proceed to the Factory for the further analysis
