Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring efficient functioning and compliance
Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain and expand customer relationships within the local market
