We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Branch Manager to spearhead our operations in Shimoga. This role offers the opportunity to own the P&L, lead a high-performing team, and work with a fast-growing organization in the vehicle finance sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Drive disbursement targets in terms of volume, numbers & productivity- Own the branch P&L: optimize profitability & cost efficiency- Build a superior quality portfolio with minimal delinquencies- Lead collections & recovery with a "Zero Delinquency" mindset- Manage and mentor your team for continuous growth- Strengthen dealer & DSA relationships for lead generation WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Minimum 5 years of experience in Used Commercial Vehicle Loans- Strong hold on Shimoga market and surrounding regions- Proven record in sales, collections, and branch ops- Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills QUALIFICATIONGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Why Join Us
