The BM will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding sales in the Odisha market. This role demands market development skills, dealer management, and leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage, support, and grow dealer/distributor network in Odisha.
Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Conduct promotional activities, product demonstrations, and dealer meets.
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and influencers.
Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing.
8-12 years of experience in building materials/FMCG/plywood industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong dealer network and market knowledge in Odisha.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
