Operational Management:
Oversee technical installations, project timelines, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Technical Oversight:
Ensure the team is updated on the latest trends in Automation and Surveillance technology.
Team Leadership:
Manage a multi-functional team of sales executives and technical staff.
Client Relationship:
Act as a consultant for clients to provide customized automation and security solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the
Electronics, Security Systems, or Tech
industry.
Tech-Oriented:
Basic understanding of surveillance hardware, smart home automation, and digital platforms (YouTube).
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation skills, team management, and project coordination.
Mindset:
A problem-solver who can handle the pressure of technical site issues and sales deadlines simultaneously.
