Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive branch sales growth in Ahmedabad and Pune. The role focuses on new client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, and expanding business in freight forwarding and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong client base in logistics and freight forwarding segments.
Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate pricing to close deals.
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for service execution and profitability.
Understand client requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
Maintain sales pipeline, reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
For Branch Sales Manager: Guide and support the branch sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Export/Import, and Customs Clearance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and travel locally for client meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 5+ years in logistics/freight forwarding sales.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of air and sea freight operations.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Language: Fluent in English and local language.
Skills: Client handling, sales closing ability, and relationship management.
