Job Title: Branch Manager - Agency Channel Company: Life Insurance Location: Surat- Key Responsibilities:-Recruit, train, and activate Insurance Advisors (Agents) - Drive life insurance business through the advisor channel- Achieve assigned branch sales targets (monthly & quarterly)- Provide regular sales training and motivation to advisors- Manage day-to-day branch operations and compliance- Monitor advisor performance and guide them to achieve targets- Conduct regular field visits with advisors for joint calls- Ensure persistency, renewals, and customer satisfaction Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduate in any stream - 5-7 years of sales experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel- Proven team handling & leadership capabilities- Good communication & interpersonal skills- Result-oriented and self-motivated (ref:updazz.com)
