We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our team as Branch Manager in our Retail Banking Department.You will be responsible for the overall performance of a branch, driving growth, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.Job Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve individual and branch goals.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to bank policies and regulations.- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for various financial products and services.- Cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers, exceeding customer expectations.- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer queries and concerns.- Manage branch budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.- Monitor and control branch expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction.- Regularly review and update security measures to safeguard customer information and prevent fraud.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 + years of experience in Retail Banking, preferably in a managerial role.- Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Deep understanding of Indian banking regulations and compliance requirements.- Proficiency in MS Office suite and branch banking software.
