5+ years of experience in branch banking, vehicle loan origination, or a related financial services role.
Proven experience in managing a team, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence in a loan or banking environment.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle loan products, credit assessment, and loan documentation processes.

Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and business development goals.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance and risk management.
Proficient in banking software and MS Office Suite.
Understanding of vehicle financing, including loan terms, rates, and risk factors.
