Ensure 95%+ on-time placement and delivery with minimal claims.
Manage branch team performance and compliance.
Optimize vendor mix and maintain vendor database.
Provide good follow-up to complete tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate (any discipline).
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in branch operations or transport management, preferably in
FTL road transport
.
Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills.
