Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Branch Manager

to oversee branch P&L, customer service, vendor management, and smooth execution of orders. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and operational skills with proven experience in

FTL (Full Truck Load) road transport operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve branch revenue and contribution margin targets. Ensure 95%+ on-time placement and delivery with minimal claims. Manage branch team performance and compliance. Optimize vendor mix and maintain vendor database. Provide good follow-up to complete tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (any discipline). Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in branch operations or transport management, preferably in

FTL road transport

. Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills.
