Budgeting:
Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial statements.
Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales, and financial status to senior management.
Sales & Business Growth
Goal Achievement:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals for the branch.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and growth.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
