Job Description

Performance Management:

Monitor staff performance, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure optimal productivity and service delivery.

Leadership & Motivation:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to foster a productive and accountable work environment.

Daily Operations:

Oversee all day-to-day activities to ensure the branch operates smoothly and efficiently.

Budgeting:

Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial statements.

Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales, and financial status to senior management. Sales & Business Growth

Goal Achievement:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals for the branch.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and growth.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.

Community Relations:

Build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and the broader community to enhance the branch's reputation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
