Richfield Immigration is one of the top Immigration consultancies in India.

We are an RCIC and Canadian Government Licensed Consultant.

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager

(female)

to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent client service, and achieve branch performance targets.

The ideal candidate must be able to manage workflows efficiently and maintain high operational standards.

Must have skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling and managing clients

- Good knowledge of visa rules of major countries

- Conduct client consultations and provide accurate visa/immigration guidance

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Should be able to provide daily reports to management

- CRM knowledge is a plus point.

- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved

Minimum education:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Language: Good English/Hindi/Punjabi skills
