Pentium Constructions is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Branch Manager
to oversee the operations and sales activities at one of our key branch offices. The ideal candidate will lead the local team, drive revenue growth through strategic planning, manage project coordination, and ensure excellent client service aligned with our company's premium real estate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch's day-to-day operations including sales, client relations, and admin functions.
Drive revenue by meeting sales targets for residential projects (villas and apartments).
Coordinate with the head office and project sites for updates on inventory, construction status, and handovers.
Train, mentor, and supervise sales executives and admin staff.
Monitor lead conversion performance and optimize marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing team.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close high-value property sales.
Manage customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and project updates using CRM and internal systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and RERA norms.
Represent Pentium Constructions in local promotional events and industry meets.
