Position: Branch Manager - Jewellery ShowroomKey Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the

daily operations

of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Lead, train, and motivate

the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Ensure

exceptional customer service

standards and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

Monitor inventory levels

, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock records.

Develop and implement sales strategies

to enhance showroom performance and profitability.

Prepare and manage budgets

, track expenses, and analyze sales reports to support business growth. Maintain

visual merchandising and display standards

in line with brand guidelines. Ensure showroom

compliance with company policies

, security, and health & safety regulations. Build and maintain strong

customer relationships

to promote loyalty and repeat business. Stay updated on

market trends

, competitors, and new jewellery designs to keep the showroom competitive.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Retail Management, Business Administration

, or a related field. Proven experience as a

Retail/Showroom Manager

, preferably within the

jewellery or luxury retail industry

. Strong

sales and performance management

background. Excellent

leadership, communication, and organizational

skills. In-depth knowledge of

inventory management and visual merchandising

practices.

Customer-focused

approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work

flexible hours

, including weekends and holidays, as required.
