Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Branch Manager

to manage the entire branch operations, lead the team, and ensure successful achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete branch team Conduct daily meetings, training & performance reviews Ensure monthly branch targets are met Maintain discipline, documentation & compliance Handle big clients, escalations & final closures Coordinate with senior management for reports

Requirements:

Strong leadership & team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in sales or financial services preferred Must be target-driven and strategic
