Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Branch Manager in the Microfinance sector (preferred).
Ability to manage branch portfolio effectively.
Proven capability to lead and drive branch teams to achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skilled in developing strategies and roadmaps to enhance branch financial performance.
Age limit: up to 38 years.
