Oversee all branch functions including marketing, admissions, operations, and administration to ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue and admission targets.
Team Management & Supervision:
Lead and guide Assistant Managers, Relationship Managers, telecallers, and administrative staff through regular reviews, performance tracking, and motivation for target achievement.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Plan and execute marketing strategies, both online and offline, including local campaigns, social media promotions, partnerships, and events to generate quality leads.
Admissions Coordination:
Ensure smooth handling of student inquiries, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions through effective coordination between marketing and admissions teams.
Operations & Academic Support:
Monitor day-to-day operations--class schedules, faculty coordination, infrastructure management, and ensure academic and operational efficiency at the branch level.
Financial Management:
Supervise fees collection, expense tracking, petty cash, and budget utilization to maintain branch profitability and transparency in financial operations.
Customer Relationship & Retention:
Maintain strong communication with students and parents to ensure satisfaction, resolve grievances promptly, and enhance retention through regular feedback.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions, marketing performance, operations, and finances; share insights and improvement plans with management.
Compliance & Institutional Standards:
Ensure the branch follows institutional policies, quality standards, and audit requirements for documentation, branding, and operational processes.
Strategic Growth & Innovation:
Identify new opportunities for growth such as new courses, tie-ups, or community programs; implement innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and admissions.
