Job Description

Key Responsibility:-



1. Drive branch business targets across LAP, PL, and BL products through open market channels and cross-selling initiatives.

2. Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

3. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales and operations staff.

4. Ensure strong market presence through DSA, connector, and direct sourcing channels.

5. Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring proper credit assessment and timely collections.

6. Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and adherence to audit norms.

7. Build and sustain relationships with key customers, partners, and local market influencers.

8. Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:-



1. In-depth knowledge of LAP, PL, and BL products and credit processes.

2. Must have strong experience in open market sourcing and business development.

3. Proven leadership and team-handling skills (minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams).

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

5. Analytical mindset with understanding of credit and risk parameters.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?41,600.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
