The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the textile outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, achieving sales targets, maintaining stock accuracy, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the branch team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and ensure smooth daily branch operations.
Supervise, train, and manage staff performance and duty rosters.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and prevent shortages or pilferage.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
Coordinate with head office for requirements, reports, and compliance.
Requirements:
Graduation and above.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Industry (textiles preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large teams and multitask.
Strong analytical skills for sales planning, store performance review, and forecasting.
Strong integrity, reliability, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
