Experience - 8 - 10 Years

Job description:

1. Manage gold loan business of the Branch. Handle branch level activities for ensuring business growth.

2. Systematic planning, smooth functioning of the branch & Ensure Target achievement. Work with Team , Guide & Motivate Team Members and provide with timely feedback on their performance & organization goal.

3. Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling, Preparing MIS reports & KYC.

4. Generate new business leads

5. Meet and Pitch Gold Loan offerings to potential customers.

6. Build trust by handling customer issues.

7. Build a long-term relationship with High-Net-worth Individuals customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.

8. Responsible to travel within the assigned territory /market as per requirements.

9 Audit Compliance related to Process, Customers grievances, Disbursal, Process etc.

10. Responsible for strict adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization.

11. Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.

12. Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development

Education:

Any Graduates with minimum 5 Year maximum 15 years of work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
