Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Branch Head / Centre Manager

to ensure the

smooth functioning, growth, and academic excellence

of our branch operations. This leadership role involves complete ownership of

operational, administrative, academic, and business activities

, requiring strong people management, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations & Administration

Oversee

day-to-day branch operations

, including administration, infrastructure, and compliance Manage branch

financials

, budgeting, expense control, and resource optimization
Academic Excellence & Placements

Ensure high standards of

academic delivery, student outcomes, and placement success

Monitor faculty performance and coordinate academic schedules and quality standards
Business Growth & Marketing

Drive

lead generation, marketing initiatives, and revenue growth

for the branch Execute local marketing activities, partnerships, and awareness campaigns
Admissions & Student Counselling

Lead and support

student counselling and admissions processes

Recruit students by providing academic and career guidance aligned with individual goals Oversee student onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support
Program & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate

educational programs, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities

Act as the primary

liaison between students, faculty, and administrative teams

Ensure a positive learning environment and high levels of student satisfaction
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Education, Business Administration, or a related field

Master's degree preferred

Proven

leadership experience

in educational management or center operations Strong

interpersonal, communication, and people management skills

Demonstrated

strategic thinking, operational planning, and business acumen

Preferred Profile

Experience managing education or training centers, institutes, or academies Exposure to admissions, marketing, and placement coordination
