- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and student satisfaction
- Lead a team of 10 plus to achieve project goals and targets
- Plan, assign, and monitor tasks, ensure timely delivery
- Mentor and support team members; foster collaboration and growth
- Monitor team performance; drive improvements and feedback loops
