Bombay Mercantile Co-Operative Bank Ltd., a leading Multi-State Scheduled Bank, with 52 branches across 10 states, requires dynamic and experience personnel.

Mumbai, Aurangabad, Hyderabad & Vadodara

Qualification and Experience:

Graduate in any Discipline 5 Years and above experience in Branch Operations of Public Sector /Private Sector /Regional Rural / Urban Cooperative Banks, preferably as Branch Manager. Local candidates will be preferred.

Knowledge of All Banking products, services and policies Proven customer service abilities Highly effective at cross cultural working Detailed understanding of the banking market and customer trends in the Cooperative Sector Working knowledge of external competitor activity within banking sector Detailed knowledge of competitor products and services within India In depth understanding of the internal processes, procedures and internal systems surrounding the end to end supply management of banking products and services Champions the client, champions the need of the client and ensures that they deliver in the interest of the client Results Oriented, self motivated and driven by the need to be successful, to seek improvement and to meet sales targets

Pay: ?327,686.19 - ?1,135,211.96 per year
