The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and profitability of the branch. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and operational management skills to grow the waterproofing products business in both B2B (dealers, contractors, builders, institutional clients) and B2C (retail customers, homeowners) segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets for B2B and B2C segments in the assigned branch.
Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base (builders, contractors, dealers, architects, retail customers).
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors to drive product demand.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical support presentations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize branch performance.
Branch Operations & Management
Manage daily operations of the branch including sales, service, logistics, and administration.
Ensure smooth coordination with head office for supply chain, finance, HR, and marketing support.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage branch staff including sales executives, service teams, and support staff.
Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve branch objectives.
Financial & Reporting
Drive profitability by monitoring expenses, margins, and collections.
Ensure timely recovery of payments from B2B clients and retailers.
Prepare regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and branch performance updates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of waterproofing products / building materials industry.
Proven sales and business development skills in both B2B & B2C.
Leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle branch operations independently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in sales/branch management, preferably in waterproofing/building materials/paint/adhesives industry.
Experience handling both project-based (B2B) and retail (B2C) sales.
