Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven
Branch Manager
to lead our Rabale/Thane center. You will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing center operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring excellent student experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Enrollments
Promote online UG/PG university programs via inbound and outbound sales.
Drive monthly/quarterly student enrollment and revenue targets.
Organize local events and outreach initiatives for lead generation.
Center Operations
Oversee day-to-day center activities and administrative functions.
Coordinate with academic, tech, and content teams for seamless service.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain infrastructure standards.
Team Management
Lead a team of 20+ counselors and support staff.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and maintain a goal-oriented culture.
Student Engagement & Support
Address student queries, grievances, and offer career counseling.
Maintain high satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Build strong relationships with students and university partners.
Financial Management
Handle branch budgets, collections, petty cash, and financial reporting.
Ensure cost control and compliance with internal audits.
Who We're Looking For
Education
: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience
: 5-6 years in EdTech or higher education operations (minimum 3 years in EdTech is a must)
Team Management
: Experience managing a team of 20+ members
Skills
:
Excellent sales and communication skills
CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred), LMS familiarity
Strong leadership, customer service, and result-oriented mindset
