DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - ASSISTANT MANAGER
1. Lead and guide Relationship Managers (RMs_ Tele-callers ) in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
2. Monitor RM performance and ensure proper follow-ups with leads.
3. Oversee complete student cycle: Registration ? Admission ? In-class entry.
4. Ensure accurate daily/weekly reporting of leads, conversions, and admissions.
5. Coordinate with Branch Manager & Marketing Manager for campaigns and promotions.
6. Conduct review meetings and provide training/feedback to RMs.
7. Resolve student/parent queries during the admission process.
8. Ensure data accuracy in CRM/reports and maintain proper documentation.
9. Support in planning and executing institute events, orientations, and admission drives.
10. Work closely with Student Care Manager and Faculty teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
