Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Monitor team performance, providing regular coaching, training, and support to enhance productivity. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Prepare accurate sales reports and present actionable insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate with marketing, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:



3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automobile or retail sector. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends. Results-driven with a strong customer service orientation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
