Prepare accurate sales reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automobile or retail sector.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
