Responsible for Fleet / Driver/Journey management Safety management committee / Quarterly re-view Attendance in the management review meetings Risk Analysis HSSE planning and management ER organization, training, refresher & drill Liaison with emergency response agencies/companies Ensuring promotion of safety and safe driving through honors and awards Measure targets for safety performance Accident/Incident Investigation Safety Inspections and Audits ADMINISTRATION: Ensure the HSSE Adherence to all the activities in Administration Cost control and administration. Overheads optimization. Company Leased Premises - ensure all compliances as per agreement. Also responsible for arrangement for tie-ups of emergency facilities with hospitals, fire brigade, local police. KEY COMPETENCIES: Graduate / Post Graduate Computer skill including all desktop applications especially MS office & Sap. Understand Company policies, procedure and systems.
