Responsibilities
Implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives
Supervise branch staff and provide guidance and support
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Lead business development initiatives to drive sales growth
Oversee project management activities within the branch
