Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for Gold Loans, Microfinance, and Business Loans.
Build and manage a high-performing team of loan officers, providing coaching and mentorship.
Conduct credit appraisals and ensure adherence to all lending policies and procedures.
Oversee daily branch operations, including cash flow management and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
Visit Pending customers and resolve the repayment effectively
Responsible for all loan portfolio Including collection and repayments .
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
