As the one responsible for managing all operations of a particular branch, a branch manager has various duties and responsibilities. Here are some of them:

Setting and achieving the branch's business goals

Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organisation's policies

Preparing and managing the branch's budget

Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community

Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch

Handling Operations of the Branch

Developing and attaining Sales Goals

Managing and retaining Staff

Day to Day Accounts and Finance updates

Reporting to Head Office

Qualification

: Graduation/ Post Graduation

Experience

: 2- 3 years in Nidhi/NBFC/Insurance/Banking mandatory

Also preferred - Retired from Govt service/ex-Army, etc.

Skills:



Good Communication and managerial skills.

Should be able to manage and coordinate with the team

Should have good Leadership quality

Achieve the Targets
