Branch Manager

with a solid background in

study abroad consulting

and

travel operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to meet business goals and customer satisfaction. Oversee counseling for study abroad programs including application processing, university partnerships, and visa support. Develop strategies to promote travel packages aligned with study abroad programs (e.g., student flights, accommodation, insurance). Drive branch sales targets through effective team leadership and marketing initiatives. Maintain relationships with educational institutions, embassies, and travel partners. Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations. Train and mentor counselors and support staff. Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in the

study abroad

or

educational travel

industry. Proven experience in a managerial or team-leading role. Strong knowledge of international student admission processes, visa guidelines, and travel logistics. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
