The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, driving business growth, leading the branch team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and NBFC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve business targets for loans and financial products
Lead, train, and motivate branch staff
Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines and company policies
Monitor branch performance, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with Area Manager and Head office.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Loan operations, including at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager
Experience in NBFC, finance, or banking sector preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer-handling abilities
Basic computer and reporting skills.
