Qualification : Degree or above

Location : Adoor

Experience : 6 to 10 years in consumable durables

1.1. Achieve Sales Targets towards maximisation of revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction.

1.2. Adhere to operations parameters as per SOP.

1.3. Achieve Revenue per Sq Ft and Gross Margin as per AOP.

1.4. Monitor all areas of showroom operations including sales & Store Hygiene.

1.5. Develop plans for the control of incoming and outgoing merchandise, proper ordering of merchandise, coordinating merchandise activities for sales promotions.

1.6. Develop and engage talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support
to achieve stretch targets and take leadership positions.

1.7. Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.

1.8. Work closely with buying team to ensure 100% fill rate at store.

Ensure shrinkage on floor is minimized as per company guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
