Branch Manager
to manage and expand our Kochi branch operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth logistics and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete branch operations including packing, moving, logistics, and delivery
Supervise office staff, drivers, and field teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related concerns effectively
Achieve branch revenue targets and control operational costs
Coordinate with the head office for daily reports and performance updates
Maintain proper documentation, billing, and operational records
Generate local business leads and support branch-level marketing activities
Qualification & Experience
Qualification:
Any Degree
Age:
Above 30 years
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Preferred:
Prior experience in logistics, transport, or packers & movers industry
Skills & Languages Required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Languages known:

o Malayalam
o Tamil
o Hindi
