Position Overview

Anyhelp Packers and Movers is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Branch Manager

to lead and manage our Trivandrum branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall branch performance, team management, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch operations including packing, moving, logistics, and delivery coordination Manage branch staff, drivers, and operations team effectively Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally Achieve branch revenue targets and improve operational efficiency Coordinate with head office for reporting, billing, and operational updates Maintain records, documentation, and compliance with company policies Develop local business leads and support marketing activities

Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

Any Degree

Age:

Above 30 years

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred:

Experience in logistics, packers & movers, or transport industry

Skills & Languages Required

Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Languages known: English Malayalam Tamil Hindi
