Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch. This includes academic coordination, staff management, student admissions, parent relations, operational efficiency, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Operational Management



Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning Ensure delivery of high-quality academic programs in line with institute standards Monitor class schedules, faculty performance, and student attendance

Admissions & Business Development



Lead and manage student admissions and enrollment activities Plan and execute marketing and outreach initiatives to increase admissions Achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets

Team Leadership & Staff Management



Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and motivation Foster a positive and professional work environment

Student & Parent Relations



Address student and parent queries, concerns, and feedback effectively Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention Conduct parent meetings and counseling sessions when required

Administration & Compliance



Maintain accurate academic, financial, and administrative records Ensure compliance with institute policies, academic standards, and safety norms Coordinate with head office on reports, audits, and policy implementation

Financial Oversight



Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost-effective operations Prepare and submit regular performance and financial reports Ensure timely fee collection and proper documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Education, Management, or a related field Minimum [X] years of experience in educational administration or branch management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage teams, meet targets, and solve problems effectively Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software
Preferred Experience

Experience in managing a school, coaching center, or training institute Knowledge of admissions processes and education marketing strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
