Minimum five years of experience worked as Branch manager - Loan Products

Aggressively drive the sales team and achieve the business targets

Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

Recruit, train and motivate sales team for achieving the goals.

Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales team with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent relationship skills.

Hands on knowledge on computers and MIS reporting etc.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
