Key Responsibilities1. Branch Management
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and professional ambiance.
Coordinate with the team for requirements.
Handle customer queries, guide them on products, and ensure a good customer experience.
2. Customer Experience & Quality
Provide friendly and professional service to every customer.
Ensure customers understand wallpaper materials, designs, and installation details.
Attend customer issues and resolve them promptly.
3. Marketing & Creative Initiatives
Introduce new ideas to increase brand reach and customer footfall.
Suggest and implement creative showroom display changes.
Assist in planning social media content, promotions, or seasonal campaigns.
Explore new marketing opportunities around the locality (non-sales-focused).
Build a positive brand image in the market.
4. Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and head office as needed.
Ensure timely completion of measurement, installation, and customer follow-up processes.
Maintain day-to-day records, branch reports, and basic documentation.
Suggest improvements to management for overall growth.
5. Team Support
Guide and motivate staff in daily tasks.
Provide feedback to management regarding team performance.
Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
