Trichur Surgicals is looking for a dynamic and responsible

Manager

to oversee the

Ernakulam branch

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, ensuring timely supply and stock management, and coordinating with the head office for smooth business functioning.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage overall branch operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Supervise store staff and assign daily responsibilities.

Oversee inventory management, stock updates, and reorder levels.

Maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and vendors.

Ensure timely billing, dispatch, and delivery of medical/surgical items.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with the Head office for procurement, finance, and HR support.

Requirements:

Graduate 3+ years of experience in Retail shop management. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Good computer knowledge . Product knowledge (surgical & hospital equipment) Experience working with

hospitals, surgical suppliers, or distributors

Familiar with

brands and models of OT equipment, suction units, sterilizers, diagnostic instruments

, etc. Understanding of

after-sales service

, AMC/CMC handling, and technical demos




Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
