The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the branch team, driving business growth, and ensuring profitability. The position demands strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and a passion for customer-centric banking. You will oversee the full range of NBFC and retail financial products including NCD, CCD, SD, Gold Loan, Third-Party Products, and OTPAY AePS services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall branch operations, business development, and revenue generation.
Achieve branch targets across NCDs, CCDs, SDs, insurance, mutual funds, gold loans, and OTPAY AePS.
Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales and service team.
Develop business strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
Ensure branch compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Strengthen relationships with HNI customers and local business communities.
Conduct periodic performance reviews, motivate the team, and recognize achievers.
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional campaigns.
Key Skills:
