5 or more years Experience Branch Manager or similar role in any Chits Company . Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations. Results driven and customer focused. Good knowledge in Flexi Loan, Business Loan, Vehicle loan, The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
