Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, administration, and business development of the clinic. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational efficiency, client service, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Branch Manager will ensure smooth coordination between psychologists, therapists, administrative staff, and clients, while upholding the clinic's mission of providing ethical, high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Administration



Oversee the daily functioning of the clinic, including scheduling, front-desk management, and client flow. Ensure the clinic environment is professional, confidential, and client-friendly. Maintain accurate records of appointments, therapy sessions, and financial transactions. Monitor compliance with organizational policies, healthcare standards, and legal guidelines.

2. Team Management



Supervise psychologists, therapists, interns, receptionists, and support staff. Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Handle staff scheduling, leave management, and conflict resolution. Foster a supportive, professional, and empathetic workplace culture.

3. Client Relations & Service Quality



Ensure that every client receives compassionate, confidential, and high-quality care. Address client complaints, feedback, and grievances promptly. Monitor therapy outcomes and client satisfaction metrics. Promote inclusivity, ethical practices, and cultural sensitivity within the clinic.

4. Business Development & Marketing



Build and maintain referral networks with psychiatrists, gynecologists, pediatricians, schools, and corporate partners. Coordinate with the marketing team for local SEO campaigns, awareness programs, and outreach events. Drive client acquisition and retention through high service quality and networking. Track local competition and suggest strategies for growth.

5. Financial Management



Manage branch-level budgets, billing, and collections. Ensure timely submission of financial reports to head office. Monitor expenses, control wastage, and optimize resource allocation. Support the implementation of EMI/payment gateway systems for therapy services.

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance



Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of patient records in line with HIPAA/RCI guidelines (as applicable in India). Maintain standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols. Oversee documentation of therapy progress, internship logs, and case reports. Coordinate with head office for audits, certifications, and accreditation processes.

7. Community Engagement



Organize awareness workshops, school programs, and wellness seminars. Represent the clinic in local associations, events, and corporate wellness tie-ups. Strengthen the clinic's role as a trusted community mental health hub.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication (English & local language) and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of mental health services, therapy models, and healthcare ethics. Business acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive growth. Proficiency in ERP systems, scheduling software, and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
