Key Responsibilities:
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through effective business development.
Manage and lead a team of sales officers and operations staff.
Develop strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.
Oversee loan processing, documentation, disbursal, and collections. Monitor portfolio health and take proactive steps to reduce NPAs.
Prepare and submit MIS reports and branch performance data.
Ensure overall branch compliance, security, and process efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of retail lending, credit assessment, and collections.
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve branch-level business targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and RBI norms.
