Full-Time | Senior Role | Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the overall operations of our automobile retail store. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations of the branch including Sales,service,inventory, and customer experience. Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets. Lead, coach, and manage the showroom team (Sales Executives, Team Leaders, Admin, etc.). Ensure compliance with brand standards, showroom presentation, and customer service protocols. Monitor stock levels, vehicle deliveries, and coordinate with OEMs or distributors. Implement marketing activities and local promotions to drive footfall. Analyze reports, performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed. Candidate Profile: -Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automobile retail operations -Strong leadership and people management skills -Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving performance
