Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Branch Manager

to lead our automotive car showroom. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of strong experience in automobile sales, team management skills, and the ability to drive branch performance through effective leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch showroom. Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management. Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance with showroom policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 4-5 years of proven experience in automobile sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and local market trends. Valid

2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license
