We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented

Branch Manager

to lead our

Agency Channel

at the

Ernakulam branch

. The role demands team leadership, agent recruitment, and driving business growth through Fixed Deposit and Insurance product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of business executives and advisors (agents) Drive sales of

Fixed Deposits and Life Insurance products

through the agency channel Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and productivity benchmarks Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and customer meetings Lead from the front in generating business and mentoring the team Organize promotional activities and participate in financial literacy campaigns Maintain operational efficiency and branch discipline

Requirements:

Graduation (any stream); MBA preferred 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services/insurance/banking/NBFC

Experience in life insurance sales/management will be considered an added advantage

Strong team management and leadership skills Good communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English Proven ability to handle targets under pressure Local market knowledge of Ernakulam and surrounding areas preferred
