Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales, marketing, and customer support professionals
Drive regional business expansion by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively resolve customer concerns and escalations
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align regional objectives with overall business goals
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance team productivity and skills
Manage budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and sustainable growth
