We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Branch Manager

to lead and grow our online education business in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support while executing strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales, marketing, and customer support professionals Drive regional business expansion by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively resolve customer concerns and escalations Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align regional objectives with overall business goals Design and implement training and development programs to enhance team productivity and skills Manage budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and sustainable growth

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
