Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow.
Implement and monitor
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for clinic services.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards.
Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of equipment and consumables.
Business Development & Sales
Drive
branch revenue, sales targets, and profitability
.
Plan and execute
marketing and promotional activities
to attract new clients.
Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective campaigns.
Patient Experience & Client Relations
Ensure high-quality patient care and client satisfaction.
Handle escalations and resolve complaints with professionalism.
Conduct patient feedback sessions and implement improvements.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff (doctors, nurses, front office, therapists).
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Ensure proper staff scheduling, discipline, and work culture.
Support staff development through continuous training and guidance.
Finance & Reporting
Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
Ensure timely billing, cash handling, and reconciliation.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
.
Experience
3-7 years of experience
in branch/clinic/hospital/retail management.
Prior experience in
aesthetic / healthcare / wellness industry
preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of clinic operations, compliance, and healthcare standards.
Sales-oriented mindset with business development acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/clinic management software.
